Pros:
- Have a cough? A fever? Down in the dumps? Aching back? Lost your pet? Got dumped? Broke your arm? She’s got a potion, spell, or essential oil for that.
- Fresh veggies all the time and the knowhow to make good stuff with them! Though she comes from a nomadic traditional Miqo’te tribe, she’s taken up a love of gardening since purchasing a home in Gridania and is more than happy to give away the literal fruits of her labor to feed people in need or just to make her significant other(s) happy.
- She’s like a walking Hozier song in terms of personality and has no problem discussing philosophy and the meaning of existence if anyone wants to have that kind of conversation with her. She’s really good at keeping existential conversations from becoming too depressing or foreboding with her happy-go-lucky attitude and general optimistic view of the world.
Cons:
- She’s a total airhead and easily distracted. Blonde doesn’t even begin to describe it. If there’s an aquarium anywhere in her vicinity and she catches sight of it, she’ll be so mesmerized by the fish inside that she might lose track of what she was supposed to be doing or saying, for example. And this is hardly the only situation where this applies, she has a tendency to walk into a room and forget what she was in there for.
- Related to the above, she has No Filter, and is liable to just blurt out whatever’s on her mind with little to no regard as to how appropriate it is or how weird others would find it. Though she never means to hurt anyone’s feelings, her innocuous (to her) comments about someone’s greying hair might lead her to trouble.
- A total flirt. Shiya’s not above using her looks to get herself into or out of situations as she feels fit. Considering she comes from a people/tribe where polyamory is commonplace and normal and the opposite is generally looked at as weird, this could cause a bit of friction if her date of choice isn’t aware of these customs or is looking for complete monogamy.
